As part of a three-person UX design team, we were approached by Triangle UXPA to create a donations page for their website, which did not previously exist. We were asked to approach it as a new experience rather than follow the existing site’s design philosophy.
Our goal was to understand what potential donors would need from the experience and use those insights to create a clear, trustworthy, and intuitive donation process.

A heuristic review uses established usability principles to evaluate a user experience. We used Nielsen Norman Group’s Consistency and Standards heuristic to examine the existing Triangle UXPA website and identify areas for improvement. The carousel below shows each standard along with our findings.
